3.1 7-Day Curated Return Window
We want every accessory to perfectly define your ethos. If an item does not meet your expectations, you may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, accessories must be in their original, pristine condition with all EthosEdit branding and security tags attached.
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Pierced Jewelry: Including earrings and nose pins.
- Final Sale Items: Accessories purchased during “Ethos Archive” clearance events.
- Customized Pieces: Any accessory modified or personalized for the client.
3.3 Refund Resolution
Refunds for approved returns are processed through our API-based digital service platform within 5-10 business days after the item passes our quality audit in Pakistan. Funds will be credited back to your original payment method or issued as store credit.
